Freya’s response to over consumerism and the pure waste of mass produced plastic toys, has led her to create these whimsical and sometimes bizarre heads and torsos called Morphies. Inspired by the Italian painter Guiseppe Archimboldo, she uses dissected plastic toys, which we all recognise from our childhood and challenges the way see and think about them.
